There is a power in our words I never understood until I started this journey. How you learn to speak goes back, way back, right to when you started listening to your closest family, moms and dads, sisters and brothers.

How you communicate your needs, wants, desires can be reframed to be more mindful, positive and productive…and yes more powerful. Feel the energy when you speak, when you use words that feel weak do you feel weak? When you use strong empowering words do you feel strong and empowered? 

If you are not used to choosing your words to empower yourself, well, you aren’t alone.  It takes time and some mindfulness and when you get the hang of it you will never look back.  Stay mindful and you find the power in the moment.
