Since you clicked on the 'About' section, I'm guessing you might want to know a little bit about me, that's cool. It's pretty simple really...there is a good chance I was you, just a few years ago. I know you're probably thinking, 'say what?'

Well friend, I didn't start out as a life coach, I started out as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and I've lived a lot of life from there to here. I have navigated everything from divorce, being a step parent, caring for ill and dying brother and mum, starting over and, just to make it interesting, my own cancer journey. Ahh, life, it has a funny way of pointing you in different directions doesn't it?

It was about eight years ago when I went through a series of painful and life changing events (see above). I was then that I really relied heavily on my own life coach and to be totally honest, I truly do not know where I would have ended up if it wasn't for her guidance and support.

Not long after I got threw that shit storm, I decided I wanted to do for other women what she had done for me. That decision sent me in a different direction and I am so very grateful it did!

So, if you are experiencing a tough part of your journey, I am here for you.
